By using CaptureNote Web, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not upload content or create an account.
The service
CaptureNote Web accepts images and uses configured AI providers to generate notes. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for checking important facts and should not use the service as a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or educational advice.
Accounts and Credits
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Promotional Credits may be limited, non-transferable, and subject to abuse controls. Web Credits are only for CaptureNote Web and are not available in the CaptureNote iPhone app. Credit purchases, when enabled, are final except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, malicious, or highly sensitive content; attempt to bypass credit limits; probe the service; or use the service to infringe another person’s rights. We may suspend abusive accounts or requests.
Your content
You retain rights to images and notes you submit, and you confirm that you have permission to process them. You grant CaptureNote the limited permission needed to process the request and provide the service.
Availability
AI providers and the Web service may change or be temporarily unavailable. We may improve, limit, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
